Q1: Where can I purchase Pattaya FunPASS?

A: Please refer to the resellers listed on the website, you can choose to purchase from any of the above resellers.

Q2: What’s the restriction of tickets for adults or children?

A: Over 16 years old is considered as adult, 3-15 years old is child.

Q3: Will I receive a physical Pattaya FunPASS after purchase?

A: No, this FunPASS is an electronic certificate. If you do not receive the electronic certificate after purchase, please ask the reseller where you purchased it.

Q4: How do I activate my Pattaya FunPASS?

A: Just present the QR code on the electronic certificate to the store staff for verification, no need to print a paper certificate.

Q5: What is the validity period of Pattaya FunPASS?

A: There is a 5-day validity limit, i.e., the FunPASS must be used within 5 days after the first use of any ticket (including the day of the first use of the ticket). For example, if you use the ticket for the first time at 9:00 am on January 1, the ticket will be valid until 23:59 pm on January 5.

Q6: Is there a validity period for the redemption coupon serial number?

A: The redemption coupon number is valid for 365 days. If you place an order on 1/1/2023, you must register on the App before 12/31/2023 (including that day) after obtaining the redemption coupon number.

Q7: When does the expiration date start?

A: The expiration date starts when the first product is used. Regardless of the attraction used, the expiration date does not start when the serial number is registered or the FunPASS is activated.

Q8: Do I need to make a reservation before going to the attractions?

A: You need to use the Bangkok FunPASS to make a reservation before using the services of the attractions. The date of reservation is according to the rules of the attraction. Please read the booking instructions in the app before you go.

Q9: Can I change the date I want to use my ticket?

A: Yes, you can, but you need to make changes within the deadline. The deadline can be seen in the instructions and QR code on the ticket page.

Q10: Can I get a refund if I don’t finish using it?

A: Once the product is used, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

Q11: Can I give the serial number to someone else if I don’t use it?

A: You can give it to someone else if it is not used at all. Once you have used any product, even if it is not used completely, you cannot give it to someone else even if it is within the expiration date.

Q12: Can other people still register after the serial number is registered or activated?

A: Before you use (cancel) any product, click "Unbind" in the upper right corner of the "My FunPASS" virtual card in the app, and then you can provide your serial number to others or use another phone to register or activate again.
